Workshop Repairs
If you can't fix it yourself why not bring your printer to our workshop and we will fix it, usually within 24 hours!
We offer two types of workshop service.
WORKSHOP INSPECTION
At a FIXED RATE one of our qualified engineers will carry out an in-depth inspection of your printer and diagnose the fault.
Often a repair can be carried out without the need for any parts, in which case, the only cost will be for the Workshop inspection.
If there are any worn or damaged components we quote for their replacement.
Workshop Clean
At a FIXED RATE one of our qualified engineers will carry out your Service/Clean. If there are any worn or damaged components we quote for their replacement.
For both these services work will be carried out or new parts installed only with your authorisation.
Supplies
Ordering printer supplies can be a chore, so why not let us do your consumable ordering for you. Our company specialises in service and maintenance of printers and are therefore familiar with all printers consumable requirements. It is our business to know!

Generally designed for corporate clients who require large stock holdings and require us to monthly stock check and replenish at pre-set levels.
On-site Repairs
We understand the importance of rapid action but we also recognise the need to properly diagnose and fix the problem first time. We don't charge an hourly rate, we have a FIXED LABOUR RATE no matter how long the job takes. You'll know right from the start how much a repair will cost.
